Elmo LIVE

On Friday, Burke took a vacation day, so we all piled into the SUV and headed up to Cleveland. We surprised the kids and took them to see "Elmo Grows Up". Jakobi and Maylee LOVE ELMO and watch ELMO all the time here at home, so we jumped at the opportunity to take them to see the LIVE version. Even though Caislyn isn't into ELMO anymore, she still enjoyed the show. She really enjoyed watching Abby Cadabby, the pink girly fairy! During the entire show, Maylee kept pointing to the stage and yelling, "Elmo!" Burke and I laughed and laughed at her! It was hilarious! Jakobi was so excited about it all that he tried to escape our row of seats and tried his best to make it up to the stage!! After several warnings from his Mama, he finally found a permanent seat on his Mommy's lap. He wasn't too happy about that, but eventually calmed down and enjoyed the show. :)
